"Staff was excellent. Elevator floor needed mopping. Plus there was popcorn and other debris in the elevator threshold and stuffed in the sides. The upholstered chair and not matching ottoman need to be dumped! Curtains need a wash and ironing. How about some non-dairy milk?"
