「Good customer service , clean & tidy」

「Air conditioner can not cool the room. The room was always humid during our stay, maybe because of raining days. Foods were good in all the restaurants.」

「Excellent 10/10」

「Bon Accueil et propre propre」

「Very good stuff and helpful」

「The staff was just so lovely!!!❤️ I was there very-off-peak so it was super-extra quiet and personal, but I’m sure even when it gets busy it will still be a great place to stay. Right now they are doing very nice (almost overhaul) renovations—it used to be the “Sir Albert” but it’s completely new management. Some of the amenities still say Sir Albert, but they assured me that would be fixed soon 😉. If you want freshly renovated, super clean (by American standards, that is!), extremely...

「Nice and polite staff, beautiful view and beach 」

「Hotel located in area dedicated for small boutique hotels in completely western neighbourhood , which consist of large residential areas , commercial areas (shops, restaurants and open space food market - mostly with seafood street food) and big chain hotels. The plus is that you can't see any smelly favelas near by, minus that it not look like typical Asia. Hotel is brand new, rooms are comfortable , beds & linen amazing. Especially the breakfast is great, with good variety, great coffee and a...
