"残念な滞在でした。私の救いはホテルに1日中いなかったことです。
例えば、お湯が出ないこと、水道水は茶色く濁っている、ローカルチャンネルを含めてテレビが見れない、部屋の清掃は2日おき（タオル交換は要リクエストの上）、使い捨てのスリッパは以前に誰かが使用したものを使い回ししていたこと、バスタブの水が配管から漏れてバスルームが水浸しになること等、一般的 なホテルでは有り得ないことが連日発生しました。
近くにはインターコンチネンタルやリージェントがあります。アクセス面を重視するのであれば、他のホテルをお勧めいたします。"

I was there very-off-peak so it was super-extra quiet and personal, but I’m sure even when it gets busy it will still be a great place to stay. Right now they are doing very nice (almost overhaul) renovations—it used to be the “Sir Albert” but it’s completely new management. Some of the amenities still say Sir Albert, but they assured me that would be fixed soon 😉.
