"The place did not look like the photos. When we got there a non English speaking staff member told us by Google Translate that they overbooked and that we did not have a place to stay. Because of the holidays, there were no other available places to stay and the guy sendt us to another “hotel” that was not to find anywhere at google. It was in the middle of nowhere with very poor standard. They only took cash and did not speak English either. "

"Good overall. Clean and friendly. I didn’t stay the last night because the pool was down for maintenance. It happens and would stay there again. I just wanted a pool for the last few days of being in Phu Quoc. There was no record from hotels.com that I was staying there. Not the first time this happened. That had nothing to do with the hotel themselves. With a few phone calls it was all straightened out. Which is not fun to do when you are half way across the world. The hotel is good."
