This boutique hotel is very nice, right next to the Sailing Club and just a few steps to the beautiful Long Beach. I especially appreciated the sincere, attentive, and friendly service.

The entire Matina Beach City is a brand new resort that is not fully opene yet. The property we stayed at was close to the swimming pool and not far away from the beach. Not fully completed yet. Entering the room we could smell the fresh paint. The Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

We have a nice and very clean room with a small balcony on the 4th floor as shown in the hotel's website. The hotel is located inside a very beautiful and well kept resort complex surrounded by palm trees and flowers. Right in front of the resort complex is a large private beach. It's a quiet place to enjoy your holidays. Mrs Lan Thien (manager) is very kind and helpful. Just a 2-minute walk from the hotel is an affordable restaurant, Nakichi, offering very good traditional vietnamese dishes. Next to it is a small grocery store, affordable laundry sercices, shuttle to and from airport, tours, ...

New Hotel a little far from the city center

New Hotel. I booked this hotel because of the price promotion. My trip was during the off season so there aren't many tourists in this area. The location is quite far from the city center, but there is a bus (Vinbus) across from the Novotel that can take you up the cost for free. The hours are posted on the Vinbus app. You do have to plan your day well of you want to take advantage of this free bus ride as it doesn't come often. The hotel was clean and the staff very nice. They were even accommodating when I arrived early and gave me my room at noon. I really appreciate that. The Sailing Club restaurant is worth trying at least once during dinner as they have a wonderful and free fire show at 19h 00 (7pm). The staff let me know about it and i really wasn't disappointed in their recommendation. The area is still in development so not many shops opened yet, but hopefully that will change with time. Pro tip, Garb does work in case you need to use it. I was looking everywhere online to see if could book a ride and the answer is yes. I do try to tip a little because the ride is so long anywhere you go.

Très belle p’tit hôtel de 12 chambres et 4etages avec une assesseur. Près de la plage. Transat et serviette de plage disponible à 16 dollars canadiens. Personnelle très serviable. Il est préférable d’avoir la traduction sur le cellulaire. Très peu de vietnamien qui parle anglais et aubier le français. Très belle endroit our un séjour de 3 à quatre jours lors de la visite de l’île de Phu Quoc.
