「A beautiful site with lovely cabins including fabulous bathrooms and a brand new Miele washing machine and tumble dryer! We enjoyed the pool and the bar… a bit random to have the sauna in the office but good experience none the less. The gym was a bit tired and old with limited equipment but great to have a big open shed with a gorgeous view :). A good base to explore Byron Bay & Nightcap National Park.」

「If you wanna go to byron area and not feel like ur confined or leaving broke from just staying somewhere value for everything, this is the best place for everything.....was impressed with the cabin felt very comfortable from bed, couch and just the space with all facilities in there. Even though i had double bunks in loungeroom and was staying by myself i actually found em to be useful sorting all gifts and stuff i took up there....」

「Stay one night Christmas eve , and left on 25/12 ,it was Christmas holiday, the city was so quiet, even we could not find any restaurant for our dinner.lucky we find one and only one in the down town the chinese express shop. And the hotel in charge tell us,he would leave on 24 /12 night and no body staff left.told us to leave the key while check out, just ok. it was quiet unbelieve that no in charge staff on duty to manage the hotel. so I took experience that no next time coming on this date.」

「The rooms were great. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable, staff were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. The shower also had amazing pressure. I loved that the town centre was only a few streets away. We stayed at another hotel after Avlon Gardens with a higher star rating and Avlon put it to shame. I highly recommend Avlon to anyone travelling to Ballina.」
