Was very disappointed in my stay here, I had alerted Southern Cross directly how late I would be arriving. The carpark area is completely dark on arrival on your own, and quite difficult. The room was freezing on arrival, and could get the heater to work, eventually got through to the office desk. Who suggested I wasn’t turning on correctly. They did them come and agreed it was broken, they came back with a further broken heater, which made me so nervous, I would only turn on whilst in the room.
Overall, reception staff friendly, but not a hotel like you would expect.
