The Hotel was a little hard to find but well worth it. Good Rooms, Good Service, Nice Employees, Good Location...shopping...food...work, Free Coffee/Expresso+Ice Cream and the Free Breakfast was not bad at all. Will stay again soon.

Around 5 mins or so walking from the Sanduo shopping district MTR station. I think most of the rooms don’t have windows so if that bothers you, maybe not stay. Hotel is in a tired looking building. The hotel on the 11th floor is actually quite nice. Staff are friendly and polite. Breakfast has a good selection and well stocked. Location is convenient to get to most places being on a metro line.

The room is clean. I like the wooden flooring. The location is walking distance to Santou Shopping District Red line station. The hotel feels very home like. Everything is at one floor. The complimentary breakfast is simple and delicious. We have a little challenge hopping onto a taxi when we left during rainy day.

LOVED this hotel!! We will definitely book it again :) The front desk was very knowledgeable. Our room was wonderful (the bed was huge, the bathroom was clean and aesthetic, light switches are easily accessible, lots of outlets, decent lighting (though daylight was a tinyyy bit on the dimmer side inside the room because our room wasn’t facing the sun), and the Internet was decent (I was able to have a 2.5 hour zoom meeting with only maybe 2-3 short moments of lag). They also had so many vegetarian options and vegan options (main dishes were labeled clearly for the most part). It’s also a short walk to the MRT and across the street is a 7-11. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Taipei!

Just mediocre/ not so good

We booked a two night stay. The room was spacious and the staffs were friendly. However the room was not clean-there are so many hairs on the room floor! We had to call the housing keeping to clean the floor immediately. The facility was old-the shower head went off when I taking the showing! And the location was not as friendly if walking to the light rail-10 mins was too much as the weather in Kaohsiung is very hot. The staffs were nice and polite but this is totally not enough for us to come back lol.
