「The room was far too hot. There was a thick winter 13 tog duvet on our bed ( and it was June weather) my husband asked for a blanket and sheet so the cleaner took away duvet but only left a sheet no blanket, so we were then cold on our second night and had to put our light raincoats on ourselves to keep warm:( The bed was far too small with it being a small double. Suggest you get smaller bedsize cabinets thsn the chunky ones and invest in a wider king-size bed for comfort for guests!」

「The location was good, within 10-15 walking distance to city centre. A big car park nearby (5/10min walk) . Room was clean and fair size for the price we paid. First time I have stayed in a place provided with hot chocolate drink and biscuits which were a warm touch to the guests. However, the shower we had was painfully slow and unstable to use. None the less , I would appreciate if I were informed in advance that our room was at the top floor (3rd/4th?) , having to take our suit cases to climb...

About a 30 minute drive Bath, The Redan has everything you need for a short stay, clean, comfortable and quiet, our room was very spacious with an equally spacious ensuite. The pub itself has a great atmosphere, with excellent food and drinks and the staff were friendly and helpful.」
