"It's a student halls of residence. If that's what you're expecting I would imagine you'd be very happy with the room. If you're expecting a hotel, it's not a hotel. It was exactly as I was expecting. Comfortable, no frills, perfectly fine for a one night stay for me. Wifi was great. A little bit of noise at times, it's student accommodation, but not too noisy by a long way. I recently stayed at the IBIS in Bristol and that was far noisier. Would happily book again for a short stay."

"The property was absolutely lovely. Perfect for what I was looking for. Close to the main town of Glastonbury as it took a short drive to get there. The accommodation was very clean. Towels and linen provided and kitchen equipment was very good. Bed was very comfy and I loved the lighting in there. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Would highly recommend and when I go back I would love to stay there again "

"Good price for the size of the flat. Travelled with a baby and was happy to have the space. Simple furnishings with no clutter. Parking in the garden came in very handy. Property is on a very busy road, expect to hear traffic all through the night. However, it came with the convenience of regular buses to take you into the heart of Bath in 15 mins if you didn't want to walk 30 mins. We did both and it was a great way to check out the area. "Checked in on Friday, and told that there was a half marathon on Sunday which meant we could not use the road from 7.30. That meant for us, really no point staying as would need to leave before that. So we checked out on Saturday - reception seemed to agree this was sensible and no other option. Then they would not agree refund - seems unreasonable to me."
