「The stay was okay, but being charged an extra $99.00 because my disabled wife is in a wheelchair was disturbing to say the least. Fancy charging the disabled such a premium because we dared to expect disabled access to our room. They must be desperate.」

「Perfect location for my plans. Staff were friendly and helpful with check in (using the keypad to enter room). Room was neat and tidy, the main room has been updated with fresh paint, modern light fittings, new floor coverings etc but the bathroom is quite outdated. Plenty of parking. Even though the hotel was on the Main Street, you could not hear the traffic noise. Within walking distance to shopping centre and food outlets. 」

「Room was clean and spacious, having a lift is handy if you’re on the 2nd floor, however there is no wifi on the second floor, you can pick up the caravan park across the road but you can’t get it in-house.」

「This was a clean, well maintained motel! We had everything we needed. The location was great because we could walk to the beach and cafes but also close to transportation. 「We arrived Hervey Bay at its transit centre. It was convenient to just catch a bus and arrive just outside the motel in 15 minutes. We stayed in a suite with jacuzzi tub. The room was spacious and nice. Though you can tell the property isn't very new, it was maintained in good condition and spotlessly clean. The bed linen was crispy clean and the bed was comfortable. We ate out in the Seaside restaurant that night, which is a part of the hotel. The food was good and we enjoyed good seafood in...
