"My reserved room had a broken toilet. After I screwed up reservation and driving to get a room snatched out from under me, I drove 15 miles back to Lakeville and I was able to make a last minute reservation here. Hallelujah! Well by the time I check in she says, oh is there only one of you? And I said yes, and she said, well I can't give you your queen bed reservation cuz the toilet is broke but I have a king size room with a walk in shower/no tub. All I kept thinking of driving from hotel to hotel was relaxing in the tub before bed so I did grumble about not having a tub and the front desk lady surprised me with a dlfree upgrade to a jacuzzi suite! Heavenly!!!!! Thank you to the Angel that was working the frontt desk that night... You have no idea how much I appreciated that hot jacuzzi bath before passing out in your comfy king size bed! I slept right through breakfast but the sleep was worth it! Thank you!"
