"This hotel is really nice but we’ve stayed here a handful of times. Every time we have stayed and prepaid with hotels.com. They tell us it’s overbooked and they try to move us from a king room to 2 full size beds. My husband is 6’3 and can’t possibly sleep in a full size bed. I just wish you get what you pay for. "The room we were given, the AC wasn't cooling. The maintenance man came up and tried to fix it, but it still wouldn't cool. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she gladly gave us another room. The second room was nice and cool and clean like the first one. It was a great experience. All employees were accommodating and very nice including the housekeepers, maintenance, bartenders and breakfast crew. We will definitely come back when we come to Dallas and highly recommend anyone...

"The apartment was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of hot water and good pressure in the shower. The customer service was amazing. I had a couple if issues, not with the accommodations, that were resolved immediately. Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Arlinton."
