The hotel does not respond to Expedia messages, so we had to arrange our own transportation from the airport.
The hotel is tired, the lobby looks like it had some money spent on it but the room was in need of an update, the A/C was noisy and had issues, not ideal when you only book the place to get some sleep.
Breakfast was disorganized, no idea how people were getting food, noone to ask, no signage, no advice offered at check in.
Ive nothing to compare it to in Dallas, but if this is typical it is a pretty poor standard
