「This was a disappointing stay. The property and houses are beautiful and the staff is lovely. The location is wonderful. However, the carpet in the executive king suite was disgusting. The carpet was stained in multiple places throughout the room. Not just a few stains here and there, but large areas of multiple stains. When I inquired, I was told the carpet would be replaced in the future when the property was renovated. The carpet is completely unacceptable for a property of this calibur and...

「This type of stay was just not for me. I got a message to call 30 minutes before we get there. The number you call is a personal cell phone. I had to ask if they were the hotel. At that time is when O found out its cash only do I had to find a bank to withdraw funds. You don't get a key, you're asked to take a photo of a paper with your room code on it. You can't touch the thermostat as it controls temperature in multiple rooms. After check in the office door is closed and locked. You have to...

「Overall a very nice, clean, comfortable room/building with friendly staff and available parking. Only negatives are the following: Only upon check in did we learn that the pool is "out of order". Although they had an arrangement with the neighboring hotel for their pool, we couldn't find an easily accessible to it without a key card (for that hotel)-plus we'd have to walk across the parking lot and thru the other hotel just to use it (if we could get access). The mattress was just okay, but I...
