「Huge car park, free on weekends. Easy check-in. We arrived really late which wasn’t our plan & no longer serving food but Courtney (I think) was really helpful, grabbed us some plates & cutlery & pointed us in the direction of takeaway food. Room, lovely the bath was a huge bonus. Bed huge & comfy. Stayed at Coventry Village a couple months ago which was also great. Would definitely recommend & stay again.」

「Lovely friendly staff. Generally the facilities are good with the exception of the work area. The desk is fixed to the wall which is fine but it's very poor quality, in 2 of the 3 rooms that I've stayed in the desk is cracked and ready to break. There is also a stool to sit on and again very poor quality and uncomfortable to sit on. I've stayed in single rooms and am satisfied with the rest of the facilities in the room. 「Check in was quick and easy. I had booked a twin room but on arrival we only had 1 small cup, and 1 pillow on each bed, we were supplied with extras once I went to reception. When making tea we discovered we only had supplies for one each so went without before departure. Room was shabby with broken furniture but beds were comfortable and we had a good night sleep」

「We happened to stay during a heatwave. The room had no air conditioning, only a fan. The room was spacious but really needs an update. The corners of the bed and the duvet cover were torn. The wallpaper was also peeling. The bathroom renovation was acceptable. Breakfast was in buffet style but the refills were too slow—there was nothing left to eat and all the juices ran out.」

「Nice and spacious room. My only 'complaint' is that when we checked in we were told that breakfast was included. I didn't select this option but as I booked a number of hotels for our trip I didn't recall each one. Wish they had been clearer but the breakfast was both good and reasonably priced. I would definitely suggest staying here if you are in the area.」

「The soundproof was not good at all. During late evening and early in the morning, the footsteps from upstairs were SO LOUD. We could not sleep well due to the noise. The squeaking sound was crazy, as the guests kept walking. Sound proof of walls on the same floor was ok, not silent, but totally acceptable. Apart from the noise, everything is fine. 「Absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely go back. It was a real gem, had lovely seating areas downstairs, a huge bedroom with really good quality furniture and amenities. A lot of thought had been put into the tea and coffee making facilities in the room, lots of choice and different tea selections」

「Good food options for us even though my wife is vegetarian but eats fish, more than 3 nights might mean we repeat our selection, but excellent quality. Room presents nicely, absolutely spotlessly clean. Staff are all friendly. This was our second visit.」
