「Very bad experience. We left the hotel since the bed was terrible. We escalated to onsite manager and she acknowledged the bed condition and mentioned they had ordered new matrices. However, we had to drive back to NYC since it was not possible to sleep at all. We escalated to Expedia and requested a full refund. 「The property was clean and well maintained. We were disappointed that our room was right next to the road, so no water view at all. Our ac was very loud and walls were thin. We heard the people above us walking around all night. Stove didn’t work, but a nice coffee maker was in the room. Nice lay out to the room, cute decor and the bed was very comfortable! They really need to up their game with the toilet paper…I’ve seen other reviewers complain too. We had to leave too early for breakfast...

「They claimed it was a renewed hotel, it was older than before when it was called Baron Cove. Old rooms, old showers, I tried taking a shower then bathtub wasn’t passing the water down, the bathtub got filled up quickly with water. The pool looked tired, the service at the pool was horrible, staff didn’t know the menu. Disaster. So sad for this hotel as it was a classic back in the day.」
