I was very impressed with the gorgeous landscaped property and beautiful swimming pools. It was such a pleasure to have housekeeping services! Water pressure in the shower was excellent. I really loved my balcony and view from my room. My only complaint was the mattress was not comfortable.

Great place to stay

Excellent hotel, immaculately clean, the entire room looked as it had an entire makeover with new appliances, bathroom ect.it also has a great little outdoor patio. The entire staff that i met where very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place

Fair stay in East Hampton

Great stay in east Hampton Good size clean and comfortable room with walkout patio Nice bathroom with quality soap, shampoo and conditione A little too far from town to walk, but nice nearby restaurants When staying on the 1st floor, expect a fair amount of noise from above Overall, quite nice

Beach pass availability made this hotel a no-brained. Staff , especially Vicky and Jackie, was very nice and accommodating. Renovated rooms were nice, although bathroom was small and tight. Overall very nice and would definitely stay again.

Great Accommodations

The room was very clean and comfortable. Television was fairly easy to use. They also answered the telephone up front when I called to ask a question. I would stay there again.
I was there for a few days for the Hampton International Film Festival which was great too.

They allowed me to check in very early because the room was already cleaned, thanks for that! It is a little bit complicated to get out to the street, but I have seen worse in the Hamptons. In the room that I got this time, the toilet was not for average-height people, but everything was super clean. I would stay again (this was second time).

My room was for the most part was quiet and comfortable. The shower was good. However, when I flushed the toilet it sounded like Niagara Falls. Also, the combination in-the-wall heater and A/C was pretty noisy. I like the couch where I could sit and watch TV. The staff was good.

We stayed here twice. Most local hotels do not have a gym. The gym is really good and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. It is set in a great location. The staff is nice and the property includes tennis courts. The beaches are magnificent and close by to take a great beach walk or amazing pictures even in the cold months. We were very pleased and appreciative because we only knew of the hotel from the Expedia app, otherwise we would never have known to stay there. We got amazing bagels across the street at Goldberg perhaps the best, most delicious bagels we ever had. Thanks once again Expedia.

The staff was pleasant, the room was really clean above my expectations, and we didn't have a kitchen. The only bad thing is the coffee maker did not taste very good at all, the water tasted kind of plastic or like the coffee maker wasn't rinsed very well. Other than that, it was great room.
