「Overpriced food, we ate offsite, knock at the door while we were sleeping the morning of checkout asking if we were leaving when we still had 3 hours until checkout.」

「I recently stayed at Tranquility Bay Resort in House #3, and overall it was a beautiful experience. The house was wonderful, and the location was perfect—the beach was directly in front of us, and the views were absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, there were a couple of things that affected our stay. There was a strong unpleasant odor outside that made it difficult to sit on the patio or fully enjoy the beautiful ocean view. 「This is our second stay at the property. First stay was 2024. The cons this time: check in is 4pm. Our room was not ready until 5:53pm. Not a huge deal, bigger issue was the lack of accuracy and communication from front desk. We had to check 3 times to get updates and were told they would text us. Never happened. Made the start frustrating given we were with 4 kids and trying to figure out what we should do w luggage, change clothes, etc. we only knew our room was ready from the beach bar...
