鴨島Spa 飯店，旅行前必看！

「This is our second stay at the property. First stay was 2024. The cons this time: check in is 4pm. Our room was not ready until 5:53pm. Not a huge deal, bigger issue was the lack of accuracy and communication from front desk. We had to check 3 times to get updates and were told they would text us. Never happened. Made the start frustrating given we were with 4 kids and trying to figure out what we should do w luggage, change clothes, etc. we only knew our room was ready from the beach bar...

「I recently stayed at Tranquility Bay Resort in House #3, and overall it was a beautiful experience. The house was wonderful, and the location was perfect—the beach was directly in front of us, and the views were absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, there were a couple of things that affected our stay. There was a strong unpleasant odor outside that made it difficult to sit on the patio or fully enjoy the beautiful ocean view.
