鴨島Spa 飯店，旅行前必看！

「We had a very good stay at the Hawks Cay villa we stayed in. The main pool, lagoon, Sunset Village pool, and fitness center were great. Our first night there, we stopped in Angler & Ale after a long day of travel. The service was SLOW and the food was likely bland Sysco basic options; nothing special. Our villa (Sunset Villas), was ok. The showers had mildewy curtains and translucent shower knobs that allowed for us to see through to lots of mildew. Also, the shampoo, conditioner,...

「This property has a big effort to bring it up to the rate they charge. Needs maintenance, more staff, food quality is awful. 」

「Pools closed earlier than advertised. You can’t bring outside food or drink onto the public areas of the property but it took an hour to get one sandwich at the Tiki Bar. Once it came, we had a total of three drinks and shared the sandwich. $90. I reduced it because it took an hour but they still tried to bill me full with non-negotiable , automatic tip even though I reduced it when I signed.」

「Beds were not comfortable at all. Not enough pillows. Many of the staff didn't speak good English. Spa was closed cause they dont have anyone to work there. Restaurant was good with great service.」
