「I had booked this accommodation based on what I saw on the web page. I was severely disappointed. Upon arrival we had great difficulty in finding the property and only by chance a passer by told us to check in at the hotel down the road. I had booked the royal suite but found that this is up 4 steep flights of stairs with no handrail and no elevator. You can’t drive in there and we had to bring our 3 suitcase (one over 60 pounds) up and down about 12 flights of steep stairs. Also, there is ZERO signage of this unit and found it impossible to find. No front desk help or guaranteed courier service offered.」

「We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean, well prepared and nicely renovated, with everything you could need, including a well-equipped kitchen. We stayed in the top duplex apartment, which was very convenient for us. My son slept upstairs on the sofa, while I stayed downstairs in the bedroom, so we each had our own space. I also really enjoyed having a balcony. There is no real view from it, as another building is quite close in front, but this was expected and didn't bother...
