「I had booked this accommodation based on what I saw on the web page. I was severely disappointed. Upon arrival we had great difficulty in finding the property and only by chance a passer by told us to check in at the hotel down the road. I had booked the royal suite but found that this is up 4 steep flights of stairs with no handrail and no elevator.
