「Had a wonderful quiet and relaxed stay. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and hard-working. The outdoor and indoor pools were very clean and not busy. The views out of the bedroom of the islands are panoramic and simply breathtaking. The room service was very professional and efficient.」

「在古城區的旅館，地點很棒接待人員Anna很親切，跟我們清楚解說附近旅遊景點和生活機能，讓我們感覺很溫暖。飯店重新裝修，清潔又乾淨我們住的房間很安靜，可能是寒冬淡季沒什麼觀光客。」

「On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. 「第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。」

「This hotel is beautiful and in the center of Old Town Dubrovnik. Rooms are spotless, spacious, and very modern. We loved the breakfasts in the morning, and received 5-star service from everyone who works there. The manager not only arranged transportation but also walked us and our luggage to the main gate to ensure our driver was there.
