"This property was awful. It is not a safe area. Please do not be fooled by the listing description. We were literally not even in there for 10 minutes and booked a hotel. Filthy is a understatement!!!"

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (2 reviews)
"Great for a large group! We had 8 people and were very comfortable- even had leftover beds. Location was great- only taxi we used was from the airport as we walked everywhere else.
App was a tad confusing to use and showed different layout to Expedia, but communication with the host was easy and cleared it up! Lots of stairs but also meant the place was quiet considering
the location (and had a nice view from the wrap around balcony!)
Would recommend to any group visiting Temple Bar!"

10/10 Excellent
It was a perfect location for us, as we were there to visit our son studying/living at UCD (approx. 1 km from the Broc House). It’s about a half-hour ride via public transportation to the downtown areas/sites (Trinity College, Kilmainham Gaol, Guinness Storehouse, etc.), but this wasn’t an inconvenience for us, as we were only traveling in-and-out of town once a day.
