The location was fantastic and only overshadowed by the beauty of the apartment itself! It was completely comfortable, warm, and well stocked had we wanted to cook. The views were magnificent and we loved watching the action below late into the evening. Huge bathtubs were a nice plus after long days of chilly site seeing! Highly recommended!!

It was fine.

The apartment is ideally located, and is well equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher etc. It’s functional, if charmless: I could see a group of friends visiting Dublin and going out at night finding it the perfect launching pad. Going to get the key in another location, far from the apartment, is ridiculous and untenable. Every other holiday apartment in the world has something more convenient figured out: even getting the key from a nearby hotel or convenience store. This reflects the general vibe of the company: they are there to provide a material good, not hospitality.

This apartment was a little difficult to locate for the taxi driver, but once we were in it was marvelous. Two minor faults were the TV didn't work and neither did the washing dryer.

Check in not great.Staff stated a later check in time than advertised and did not give key to check in when ready had to return to office to collect not very helpful.Have to check in at office approx 20min drive from apartment.Booked as advertised parking available but no parking available.Parking can be booked near the office but too much of a walk.Taxi Rank outside apartment and loading bay . Booked with request for bath for disabled chid but no plug.This was rectified quite quickly .Needs some repairs bathroom quite outdated and water timer did not work and had to put on boost to get hot water. Kitchen cabinet door had split in wood and kitchen table leg wobbly.

Check in is terrible. We had to walk quite far with our luggage and 3 children to collect keys from an office in a horrible back street. We were not given the appartment that we booked. It looked nothing like the photos and when I pointed this out i was dismissed and was told it was the same. The blinds were filthy with grease, no curtains in one bedroom and a large hole in the flooring in dining area. It was booked for 5 people and it had beds for 5, but only 4 dining chairs and only room for 3 on the sofa. We did not have hot water and had to wash in cold showers so I rang customer services to ask for maintenance to fix the problem while we were out. When we came back we couldn't take showers as the water was scolding hot! I would never recomend this property. We paid a lot of money for two nights here and it was terrible.

This apartment was in an amazing location, but to get the key its a bit of a hike. The drains in both our bathrooms didn't drain and ended up overflowing the shower. The glass door had been broken previously and a make shift curtain was used with zip ties. The place advertised for 5 people but only provided 4 shower towels. I used them to clean the overflow and did ask for more and why. The reply stated they would bring some by, but they never did.
