"The hotel was lovely the front desk a bit slow to check you in, the rooms were clean will give it a 4 star instead of a five star standard please change the rugs in lobby area and the downstairs lift its really stained and no nice to look at, the beach area doesn't look like the photos it needs a good scrub the prayer room the carpet needs some cleaning service a proper one , the best part of the hotel is the food and the staff Tejal,Sayiita,yati,Rahul,Nitish,David an incredible guy the makes feel right at home and Vasty what top costumer service and please thank the top chefs amazing outstanding food for the breakfast and dinner buffet so worth it , also the staff in the spa area what an incredible team."

"Had a wonderful one-night stay celebrating my birthday with my partner. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the restaurants and club lounge. A special mention to Lorenzo at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and accommodating from check-in right through to check-out. Overall, a great experience and we would happily return."
