Nous avons eu 1 chambre avec 2 lits et salle de bains et wc dans le couloir. En plus il fallait négocier pour avoir ce que nous avions payé...incroyable..."

"Apartment was not clean on arrival (pubic hairs in both bathrooms) asked for it to be cleaned never was. Lots of beetles and cockroaches which we have never had in Dubai before. Reported a leaking toilet on arrival was never attended to all week despite several requests. "

"One of the worst hotel apartments they charged me for a lamp which was not well fixed and they made it look like it's broken although I didn't use it at all the staff wasn't friendly at all when I asked for bottles of water they brought it a day after and I didn't use it. The water was heated although it's summer they should switch off the heater coz it's already hot from outside the furniture is so cheap and light I think they ment to use this so it will be ruined easily and then charge for it...

"The apartment management were quite responsive and changed my room after I reported the dog chewed furniture and stained carpets. But these should have been removed before new guests. 2nd apartment had some cockroaches. Wouldn’t recommend. The staff were friendly but doesn’t change basics."

"It is in a nice and convenient part of town. They did not have good directions for getting into the property. Did not even explain that there was another bathroom to use with a shower which would have been nice considering the bathrooms were always occupied. Worth the stay, but could have been better. "

"Very disappointing experience When we arrived, we found out it’s a shared room — which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. The place is mixed with men and women, which made us uncomfortable. The air conditioning doesn’t work, and it’s extremely hot (especially in Dubai). The owner and management were unhelpful and didn’t try to fix anything. Definitely not worth it — I don’t recommend this place at all."
