Location-wise, this hotel was convenient for my needs. There is a lot to do in the area. The room was clean, but a lot of touch-ups and repairs were visible. There were two times I felt very uncomfortable as a woman travelling alone. Firstly, at check-in, I told the front staff that I did not need a mini-bar, and then they sent a male staff member to clean out the mini-bar AFTER I was already in the room. Secondly, on my way back to my hotel room, the staff member at the front desk questioned me in the lobby area and LOUDLY requested to know my room number... in the public lobby. Which, in my opinion, puts my safety at risk.

I'm in experience traveler, and I was really blown away by the property. The rooms are incredible. The bathrooms are insane. The staff is is totally on point. my only issue is the arrival area of the hotel. If anyone reads my comment will think I'm crazy to have said the above but trust me once you get in the hotel it's a totally different experience.

Brilliant hotel 10/10 faultless

Cannot fault the hotel at all, absolutely beautiful, paid for an upgrade to the suite and it was 100% worth it. Great location close by to metro, and little shops and cafes/restaurants if you want a quick bite. Hotel was modern, clean and staff was really top tier and I really mean some of the best in Dubai, special shout out to Imran. Next time in back in Dubai I will definitely be staying here again, the special honeymoon surprise was just another special thing. 10/10 and would recommend to everyone

Ideal location with a 5 min walk to the metro & 15 ins to the marina also good facilities close by including mcGettigans Irish bar next door with live music & good food .
