"I've stayed at the Swiss 7 times in Dubai. Can't wait until they renovate all. It's one of the best hotels with amenities in the region and super convenient. Ordered a cab to Abu Dhabi and hotel staff member asked his friend who wanted to over charge me and wasn't driving safe. The staff also at the front desk have a really hard job and it's apparent when they are tired...."

"Had a brilliant stay at the Heavencrest Apartment and the apartment is clean ,spacious and very close to all amenities. The check-in team was really helpful and supportive with all our needs Rooms : 2 nice large rooms with 1 ensuite bathroom (another room with separate bathroom but attached balcony) Kitchen has a separate balcony too and kitchen is fitted with all necessary kit (Crockery/kettle/toaster microwave dishwasher etc) Taxi's easily available outside the apartment building and plenty supermarket and cafes nearby . Dubai mall -5 mins walk..(come out of building -10 mtr walk into Address hotel -escalater to china town ) you are in Dubai mall The room service team was really helpful and available to support via WhatsApp chat between 9am - 8pm ...for anything else ,they have security team at reception in case of any issues The deposit we paid was refunded within 25 hours after checking out so overall an amazing trip.. Thanks to heaven crest team..would definitely be coming back !!!"

"During a time of unrest I felt that reception staff lacked empathy and were quite stoic. My room rate was frozen for the 4 day extention i needed but randomly my mini bar was emptied and I felt service was very basic- no turndown service etc. The normal room rate is quite high and though the room was large I personally had challenges. The safe was broken- they came to fix this after an hour, i got locked in the bathroom- the handle is tiny and latched into broken wood-thankfully there was a phone in the bathroom and I was able to call reception who sent someone to chisel it out, but overall the finish in the room was poor. Light switch panels were lopsided throughout and took time to master. I had club room access but again food choice was very limited and twice on two different occasions I notified waiting staff of flies all around the open salad but nothing seamed to be done. Its a lovely large hotel, lovely pool area and clean, I think I just happened to have a poor experience with the issues. Right on top of the mall is really convenient with lots of food options. "
