The room had thermastat issues. Was hot or cold. After a few days we managed to adjust to its temperment. Facility is well kept and clean.

Nice and clean. Unfortunate not very close to downtown. But the hotel itself was great. People are courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was very good also. I enjoyed my stay here.

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The hotel itself is in fabulous shape. The staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean and very nice. Sometimes you don't know what you're going to get when you visit a dog friendly hotel and this place exceeded our expectations. The continental breakfast was better than some breakfasts I have had restaurants and the woman working the breakfast bar, Jacquelyn, was the SWEETEST. She even made up "to go" goodie bags for my kiddos for the rest of our road trip. Would highly recommend this place!

Nice hotel, big rooms, clean. Enjoyed our stay and breakfast was good. Just a few miles from the ark encounter and about 35 minutes to catch a Reds game. Highly recommend.

The staff was awesome and very polite and attentive! But, we got tk our room and itbwas still dirty and beds unmade. There was baby powder everywhere. They cleaned it promptly as there were no other rooms available. But due to the hurry it was sufficient but still had baby powder on surfaces. We got free chips and waters for the inconvenience. We didnt ask for anything.
