「無論裝修, 佈置, 職員, 食物都是一流, 特別感謝一位男職員, 替我們拿重重的行李上樓梯, 還有碰面時親切的問侯,熱心的幫忙,令 我感覺到他是非常專業兼熱愛工作的人。整間酒店的佈置裝修都非常有心思, 一流的品味, 餐廳的食物賣相及味道, 真令我感動, 多謝廚師用心烹調。 房間寧靜舒服, 整潔程度滿分, 可見整間酒店的員工都很專業。酒店設施我給４分是如有個雪櫃就更加好了。」

「We loved everything about this stay: the welcoming, cheerful staff, the comfortable boutique room and the fabulous breakfast that had a great choice of pastries, juices, cereals, yogurts and a wide choice for a cooked breakfast. All dietary needs were met. We would definitely stay again, but next time choose one of the rooms with a king size bed rather than a double.」

「在這個15世紀的建築內，電梯非常的復古只能坐兩個人還蠻特殊的，房間內的設施也還不錯，很有自己的味道，餐廳的服務生以及環境都非常好，裡面是英式早餐的自助餐。 飯店外面就直接是大街上，可以去走走逛逛，旁邊呢還有兩個汽車的銷售中心，一個是法拉利一個是瑪莎拉蒂，可以看到很多很棒的車，又可以到新森林公園裡頭去走走。」
