"I honestly don’t know where to begin. This was my second stay at this hotel, and somehow they managed to exceed my expectations all over again. When I made my reservation, I had booked a standard room. To my surprise, once they recognized me as a returning guest, they upgraded me to a beautiful and spacious suite with two bedrooms and a private jacuzzi. I was completely shocked and genuinely touched by this gesture. This time my mother was traveling with me, which made the experience even more special. Seeing her happiness and comfort meant so much to me, and I am deeply grateful to the hotel team for making us feel so welcomed and appreciated. What makes this hotel exceptional is not only the cleanliness, the delicious food, or the comfortable rooms—it’s the people. The kindness, respect, generosity, and genuine care they show their guests are truly rare. From the moment you arrive, you feel less like a customer and more like a valued member of the family. Thank you to every single member of the team for your outstanding hospitality and for making our stay unforgettable. Your warmth and professionalism are the reason I keep coming back, and I will continue recommending this hotel to everyone I know. "We have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past 15 years. While it’s becoming slightly faded from its original glory, it still remains one of the most luxurious places to stay in Cairo. The breakfast buffet has great choices, though be sure to go early or late during the serving times. From 9-10 the restaurant is very busy and gets quite congested. The rooftop pool is lovely but it is a small space and getting a lounge chair or table is very difficult. The spa is exceptional and the environment there is very serene. The food at Osmanly restaurant in the hotel is exceptional (try their lamb dishes!). If you have the opportunity to access the executive lounge, definitely pay for that . The service there is excellent and the space is a nice place to relax. Samir, Mohammed and Hassan were the staff there and were very welcoming. They stood out for giving superior service during our stay. The Jazz bar is an inviting and beautifully decorated. It’s a great place to relax in the afternoons when it’s not busy. In the evening it is very busy and full of cigar smoke, so we tended to avoid it then. You should bring plug converters with you if you stay here. The hotel has not updated to international plug options and without a converter you may find it hard to charge your electronics. Overall the hotel is extremely clean, though dirty dishes from room service tend to sit in the hallway for hours, which is a bit off putting. We greatly enjoyed our stay !"
