I had an excellent stay at the hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean and provided a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was a treat each morning, offering a wide variety of delicious and fresh options. What truly stood out was the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who were always attentive and made me feel very welcome. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable. The area was ok but not much around. The shower door didn’t cover the gap so the floor got wet. The restaurant was nice enough. Beautiful golf course and pool looked lovely. Was a bit chilly while we were there so didn’t swim. Great facilities eg spa

Family trip to see the Pyramids

Great location. 25-30 mins to pyramids. Breakfast was v good. Good options available. We stayed in a duplex room. Which was great as our teen could stay downstairs on a cot and parents are upstairs. Room needs an upgrade Ie like every hotel around for a while a refresh is needed but good otherwise . Staff were helpful and friendly.

Good hotel on a golf course

We took a "staycation" from Cairo to play golf at Dreamland and stay at the Hilton. The hotel upgraded us to a nice room with a view of the pool and golf course. The bathroom is huge and includes a jetted bathtub! We had a drink at the bar and dinner was at the same buffet restaurant where breakfast buffet is served. The other restaurant wasn't operating. Buffet food is decent. Not fantastic, but not bad either. All the staff work very hard to please. For golf, it was super convenient to stay at the Hilton, and there might've been a small discount on greens fees.

Overall I felt safe - security at entrance to property as well as front door were good. Checkin and checkout were efficient. Room service dinner was excellent, breakfast was just ok. Turkish coffee wasn’t very good. Dining options inside the hotel were not clear. Room was spacious and comfortable. I was disappointed that I was upgraded in room only and not given access to all services. No soap or tissues in my room- had to use shower gel to wash my hands. Ran out of tissues in a couple hours. No airport transport was disappointing
