"I never made it to the hotel. The roads leading there were under construction and the cab driver got lost. I was forced to rent a room at a much more expensive hotel for the night. "

"The room was clean but not as good as described. The pictures are for another hotel. No body knows this hotel. The address is not right what makes it hard to find it. The beach is at walking distances but not visible from the hotel. The pool was empty not in good condition. Hot water."

"El lugar es un fraude, robo en la direccion que aparece online, ese lugar no existe, les recomiendo que quiten ese lugar de su pagina, en la calle amistad # 3 casi esquina calle las caobas lo que existe es una casa familiar, donde la dueña tomo una foto de la pagina de ustedes para proceder judicialmente, yo hablare con mi banco para que cancelen la transacion y me devuelva mi dinero. Espero ustedes tomen algun tipo de accion"

"Arrived at the hotel to only be told they have no reservations for me. After showing my confirmation email and credit card charge the front desk called the owner who said she was far away and there was nothing she could do since the unit was occupied already. After leaving embarrassed as other customers waited I found accommodation elsewhere. 45 minutes later I received a call asking me to return there was a mistake at the front desk and my reservations are found. Needless to say I did not...
