「I’d like to thank the entire staff, but I want to give a special shout-out to Virgilio at reception for everything he did to ensure we had the best possible experience and accommodations. The greatest asset of this resort is its people—the customer service was outstanding throughout our stay. The food could use some improvement, but it’s fair for the price and still offers a decent variety of options.」

「Zimmer war sauber, Personal war sehr freundlich, Das Hotel liegt 10 Min. vom Flughafen Santo Domingo entfernt (mit Taxi), Flughafentransfer hat super geklappt. Hotel ist in der Beschreibung mit Restaurant ausgeschrieben, es gab aber keines, Restaurants sind aber fußläufig zu erreichen. Angebotenes Frühstück war gut. Das Hotel ist eine gute Option für den Anreise- oder Abreisetag aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen」

「El check in fue lento, pero todo lo demás fue excelente. La habitación amplia y cama muy cómoda, y vista a la playa. Mi esposo y yo no pudimos aprovecharlo mucho porque nos quedamos una noche debido a que el llegaba de viaje muy tarde y no queríamos conducir algo mas de una hora para llegar a casa; este hotel está a 12 minutos del aeropuerto, lo que nos favorecía bastante. La comida es excelente. Definitivamente volveríamos.」

「This room is old by accidentally. Clinic staff is very helpful. It has a small bar that is fully equipped and they have the most delicious mango habanero margaritas. I have to be truthful and say that the stairs are made out of glass. I am a plus size girl and I am scared of heights and this was scary to me. Next time I go I will make sure to book ahead so I can get a first floor front of the pool room. Overall excellent experience」
