"The staff was absolutely amazing so hospitable so accommodating. We had the garden view which was absolutely breathtaking. They let us check in early for a low fee, which was amazing. The rooms are breathtaking and extremely comfortable with a huge patio. Very relaxing. Drinks were amazing. And the fruit was to die for!"

"My family and I had a great stay here. Traveled with my wife, our four-year-old, and our four-month-old, and the hotel was very accommodating for our family. The staff was extremely responsive before we arrived and answered all of our questions quickly. They also helped arrange an airport transfer with a great driver who we ended up using for rides throughout the rest of our trip. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff on site was friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The location is also very convenient—it's less than a five-minute walk to the beach, about a one- to two-minute walk to a small convenience store, and roughly a ten-minute walk to a larger grocery store. We felt safe the entire time and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back and stay here again. The only minor downside is that you can hear noise from the road, such as motorbikes or trucks passing by, but it wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. Overall, the value for the price is excellent."

"Arrived at the hotel to only be told they have no reservations for me. After showing my confirmation email and credit card charge the front desk called the owner who said she was far away and there was nothing she could do since the unit was occupied already. After leaving embarrassed as other customers waited I found accommodation elsewhere. 45 minutes later I received a call asking me to return there was a mistake at the front desk and my reservations are found. Needless to say I did not return. "
