「The hotel was very nice, service & staff were top notch! We felt pampered all week & every employee went above & beyond to enhance our stay. We had a Seaview room with a nice balcony & gorgeous view of the beach. Our room was tiny! Reminded me of an interior cabin on a cruise ship. There really is no where to put your bags & very little room to store anything. We did not get an upgrade with the expedia vip, in fact, staff didn't really seem to know any benefit with the vip. 「I’ve never see such diligent room service. Every time we leave the room for more than an hour, we come back with a freshly made room - multiple times a day. Incredible service! The lounge room was very convenient and so was the courtesy room. Needless to see the sea / beach is incredible too. 10/10 experience. 」
