「This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!」

「The hotel was so modern and clean. Valet parking when you pull up they give you a tag and take your vehicle and park it. Beautiful sunsets, pools are perfect. 」

「Excellent customer service provided by Sandor. She was so resourceful and helped make our stay amazing. She was so helpfully in getting us a ride for uber and provided information for transportation in the area. Our room was clean, big and beautiful. Sandor should be rewarded for her exceptional customer service. The resort is nice and big Pool side is great and beach is beautiful. Wanted to rent the free bikes but could not as they said they needed service so that was a bummer. 」
