JC is hands down the best server in Mexico! We travel to MX a lot and love it in Isla Mujeres! Also… the bartenders Luis, Ricardo 1 and 2…. Richie!!!! Make sure you make it a point to meet them. They will always let you know the best things on the island. I can’t wait to come back. Already booking for our next trip. MIA has the best beach and views ever! Thanks again. Clean rooms lovely staff

Very nice property. Nicely spread out. Spa was very nice. Service was mostly excellent in all areas. Restaurants were very good. Lunch ala cart options are limited unless you are serenity level. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay, staff was great they where always on there’s toes to serve everyone. Nice in every way. N all the food was good that we got to taste..would definitely go back for a get away

Upon arrival, we had two people walk into our room without knocking. We did check in just a little bit early, but we figured it would be communicated. A few days later, they came to drop towels off and we didn’t hear the door knocking and they proceeded to also walk in. Other than those experiences, the room was great. It was very modern and spacious. The bathroom door doesn’t finish all the way to the ceiling and close all the way. It did not feel private at all. The pool areas also don’t have a Jacuzzi, which was a negative since the days weren’t too hot and the pool water was very cold. The entertainment of the evening was great every night. The food at the restaurants was just OK. We preferred the buffet since there was more option. The other thing we don’t like is the pressure of trying to buy whatever program they’re trying to sell. The other thing to note would be that our original reservation was at the other hotel which would’ve had our room facing south and would’ve made our pool area maybe a little bit warmer.
