"Was pleasantly surprised how clean and nice this hotel was. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. The rooms are a great size easily fit our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids under 8). Pool was nice and this hotel is in an extremely walkable location. We walked to the falls and easily found a place to eat. "

"Cute historic hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was spacious and had nice amenities. It could have used more lights and a small table for comfort though. It had a view of the rapids which was lovely. Location was the biggest perk. You could easily walk to Goat Island and all the lookouts on the American Falls side. The restaurant was also convenient; dinner was okay but the breakfast was good. The entire hotel staff was pleasant and very accommodating. "

"It was everything we needed for a short trip to Niagra Falls State Park. Easy walking from hotel to park. Room and beds were perfectly comfortable. A/C in the room worked fabulously when needing a break from the mid summer heat. "
