「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was full of character and beautifully designed, making it both comfortable and memorable. 「The Butler House is located within a mile walk of the Falls. It is a convenient location if you want to walk, drive, or take the Free shuttle around town. We plan to return by train and use the shuttle to get to restaurants and the Fort.」

「Great communication with the host. It was clean. 15 min walk to the Niagara falls. 7/11 close. Recommending. We stayed one night and had no any problems. Big bedrooms (they were cozy). 」

「This place is so great! Staff is so welcoming and accommodating. Front desk staff is beyond impressive and personable. We come to NF every now and then and when we do, we stay at the Giacomo. Complimentary breakfast is great too. Sky view longe is an added bonus with awesome views. Obviously, we’ll be back. 」

「The room was quite clean, but I don't know why there were some chicken feathers in the bath towel and on the bed. Everything else was fine. It would be great if they could put disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers and other things.」

「Lots of rooms with lots of beds. Fit the whole family very comfortably. Walmart was a few minutes drive and bought stuff for bfast. Walking distance to Niagara Falls and Canada (~10 minutes easy pace walk with the whole family). Overall, the property was comfortable, great price, SAFE, great location. Got my passkey in a timely manner. 」
