The hotel was conveniently located to highways, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Our room was comfortable and extremely quiet! We ran into 2 problems while we were there. The first day, the pool was closed because of repairs. It was opened the second day and was lovely. The other problem was that our bathroom sink clogged. When they fixed it, the pipe underneath began to leak! They were unable to fix it with us in there,...

「I reserved a non smoked room but they gave us a smoking room which was terrible. We asked for exchange with a non smoked room but they didn’t have any other room」

「The pictures online are nothing like it is in person. This place is dirty, unkept, and unstaffed. They charged me an extra $10 a night to clean and $2 for showering upon arrival but never cleaned the place while we were there. The non smoking room we booked, freaked of smoke. I couldn’t even complain to staff as they had it gated up and locked with padlocks. I complained to our booking site and nothing was done. Do not recommend this place. I took pictures to prove the huge difference...

「Great staff. But, updates are definitely needed. No USB ports. Short staffed when it comes to housekeeping personnel. They need help. What I do like, is this Super 8’s location. Centrally located.」

All of this is true: 1. hair in the sink 2. balled up, filthy washcloths shoved into the AC unit 3. stains all over the walls 4. putrid cigarette smell 5. holes in the bathroom door 6. a live-in neighbor who banged on the wall and screamed the second I got in the room 7. a stinkbug infestation in the curtains and under the bedskirt 8. drunk live-in neighbors who chain-smoked I just left at 11:45pm and got another place. This place should be condemned.」

「Room and general areas clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was room was a little cramped - one of the beds (two queens) was about 8 inches from the wall, making it difficult to get into that side of the bed.」

「The room was small but comfortable. The bed was too soft, but that's just me. I prefer a much firmer than average mattress. Having the diner right on site was great. The service was awesome & the breakfast delicious. I'd have no problem staying here again, or even just coming to eat.」
