"I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and well appointed and the staff were very friendly. I was particularly grateful to Julia Lopez and the housekeeping staff and Larry from lost and found. I left a pair of pants in the room and they found them and returned them very very quickly. Larry was particularly patient throughout the process and made sure I was well taken care of. He went above and beyond to help."
