"Even on the 6th floor the traffic noise is loud. Needs a renovation soon. Nice people!"

"The hotel is very nice. The hot tub was broken, which was very disappointing. Would have been nice if there was a note on the website concerning that. There was no hot water, we were unable to shower at all on Saturday night had to wait until Sunday morning. Pretty major inconvenience. We dealt with it. Breakfast was amazing. Nice location, within walking distance to a lot of restaurants/shopping."

"Awesome time, clean room. The pool was heated I thought, but it wasn't. There's no fan in the bathroom, we should have brought air freshener. Nice smoking area, one of our group is a smoker and he really liked it. Super friendly and helpful staff. If we get back to Fort Worth, we'll stay here again."

"Walking in there were several estranged guests, one of whom was behind the counter complaining about his car being stolen from the parking lot. The woman at the front desk was trying her best but was undoubtedly overwhelmed and had no help. The single elevator they have was extremely slow. The room was dated and needed re-caulking and maybe new shower tiling because it has broken sections. The lighting was maybe the worst part. Cold bright lights that make me feel like I’m in a hospital. Disappointing as Hilton is usually not too bad. "

"No way to turn the fan on in the bathroom. Shower turns the tile floor into a slick nightmare. Early check-in needlessly expensive. We weren’t told what the valet costs but it’s stupid expensive. Call the hotel and you get a foreign call center who will give you wrong information. Appalling lack of consideration towards customer experience. Won’t be returning. "
