「Clean room staff was friendly」

「The room was dirty. Microwave had food splatters inside, and the outside was also dirty. Their was a broken table in the middle of the room with no chairs. Plumbing pieces laying on the floor under the sink, a choking hazard for little kids. Stains on the couch and desk chair. The TV was really dirty, with a sad attempt to clean it. The bed was as hard as a rock. Bugs in the stairway. We didn't even touch the breakfast, or pool. The restaurant attached to the hotel wasn't even open, looks like...

「Exceptional facility, staff and cleanliness. Totally enjoyed everything with our stay in Canton!!! In vicinity of Amish, Rails to Trails bike trail and NFL hall of fame. Centrally located to restaurants and activities. Great Place!!!」

「The hotel is renovating rooms, so there is some visible construction material, but we stayed in one of the updated rooms and it looked and was AMAZING! Totally worth the money By all the main shopping and restaurants, but tucked away from the traffic. We go to alliance at least twice a year and will stay here from now on.」

「I had a couple of issues, one was the bathroom. There was black gunk and hair in the corners and behind the toilet as the floor had not been cleaned sufficiently in weeks or months. It looks like they just ran a mop over the center of the floor. I always bring lysol spray and paper towels, so I cleaned it myself. 「Lots of space for a large family 」

「The pull out sofa is a twin size! These rooms will not fit 6 people. My two young kids couldn’t fit together on the pull out and had to sleep on the floor.」
