"Bathroom shower was not safe for older adult. Very slippery tub, nothing to hold onto getting in and out of shower. On second floor so could hear people above us. Room was like a great apartment. Downtown location was wonderful, but parking was 1.5 blocks away with tight parking spaces."

"The staff was amazing. So helpful. The hotel was in remodel mode, so no bar, breakfast service. Our room needed a mirror and the suite part of the room was old looking and not inviting. Bathroom was nice tho"
