"Adorable lobby. Rooms are adequately sized but lack details. Bad design in bathrooms, few towels, prison style sinks, could do so much with little $$ cost but disappointing overall. Elevators were tricky working only half the times. But FANTASTIC location! Great NYC views and SUPER CUTE cafe adjacent to the lobby. Not a bad place for the price just not the greatest rooms. It’s NYC and an older building but small details were overlooked that could have made it 5 Star worthy!"

"The room itself was great... except they did not disclose that the terrace to my very expensive room has been closed since COVID and was bolted shut. They gave me a small discount and a bottle of champagne which was nice, but I booked this room specifically for the terrace. So very upsetting. "

"Needs improvement on property. Missing elevator pad. Our room chair looked like from garage sale (Torn). Lights by bed 1 worked for light but could not plug in phone or devices to charge. Other lamp didn't work at all. Rug on our floor to elevator had tape holding rug down. Should have some kind of map of hotel. Not what I expected for a Sheraton."

The staff was more than helpful and understanding when we were delayed with our check-in because of flight cancellations. It was the perfect room for my daughter and I. "
