「No air-con; the provided electrical fan was not working; sound proofing of the room was poor, I could hear the noise from my next room!」

「The hotel gave us a very cozy and spacious room with modern interior on the top attaic. The receptionist was very hospitable who even offered to carry the heavy luggage for us. Even though they didn't include a parking lot, it was still quite easy to find a place to park because there were parking spaces along the road. What's more, the breakfast was just fantastic. 「The hotel was spotless warm and welcoming. We came out of season which was nice. It was quiet and peaceful. There are spectacular views of the Loch and mountains. Our room had an outdoor space looking into the Loch where swans came to say hello. In the evening we sat down for a meal seated near the window. Staff were polite and knowledgeable about the hotels history. Food was tasty and well presented. We will be returning in the summer. 」

「Old but the room is clean. There was some trouble when checking in, due to a system failure either of Hotels.com or the hotel itself. Fortunately, the receptionist was very patient, and helped us check in despite all the difficulties. 」
