Check‑in was quick and effortless, and every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches—like quality toiletries, plenty of charging outlets, and a well‑stocked hospitality tray. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, keeping everything fresh without being intrusive. Breakfast was another highlight. "Everything was perfect, spa facilities were lovely and relaxing and spotlessly clean. As was our apartment, the fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Food was excelent both in the evening and breakfast. We think it must be a wonderful place to work as all the staff from reception to cleaners were all very happy, chatty and helpful. We have booked for our next trip already 😊"
