「Staff was difficult to communicate with on check in. The space was booked last minute due to a last minute cancellation of our previous space. The staff was hard to reach and extremely rude about how last minute our reservation was. If you can’t accommodate a last minute reservation, don’t accept them. It was all sorted out but took far more time than necessary and caused a lot of stress. We were considering canceling our entire trip because we couldn’t get in touch with owner who apparently...
