The customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived, and the in room dining service was equally fantastic, prompt, delicious, and exactly what we needed. The location is absolutely prime. It's an easy walk right down to the water, and while the view from our room was mostly of the surrounding buildings, the scenery in the immediate area was phenomenal. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The only minor issue we encountered was that our in-room coffee machine needed to be descaled. However, that was a very small detail in an otherwise wonderful visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area!"

"This was a terrible stay, it was my wife's birthday and I had asked for a Harbour view , they ended up giving me a pool view, and with that we thought the glass you couldn't see from outside then we walked outside and you can clearly see us from the outside. On top of that, only one light worked in the room so we had to keep the blinds open. On top of that we had a free 50$ food voucher that we could not use anywhere, we tried and they just kept telling us no. The biggest thing is we had bugs and flies in our room, the room was still dirty and the musty smell my wife couldn't handle anymore so we didn't even stay in the room for more then 5 hours, also we left one day early as she couldn't take it. For a 700$+ a night room this was the worst experience I have dealt with. And"
