"Great hotel with a wonderful pool/hot tub area. Nice having the casino that had restaurants. Amazing having the Bridgeport terminal right there for easy transportation. Our suite was spectacular with 2 rooms. So much space for a three night stay. Staff were all nice."

The room bedding, custom Le Lebo hair and skin care products, excellent food, staff, room service, cleaning. The only small thing was staining around bathroom sink and older hair dryer for such an upscale hotel."

"There were mice scurrying all over the restaurant floor while we were having a drink. The staff know all about it and no one seems to care. It’s extremely unsanitary and disgusting while you’re trying to eat a meal. Won’t be staying there again "

"Honestly lovely except one thing—neighbors next door on the Friday night were obnoxious and up until 3:30am partying in their room. Not really the hotel's fault, but did remind me that it's a possibility when you're a couple blocks away from Granville in a motel-style spot. Otherwise, had a great stay... and will still likely come back."
